Hanny's Voorwerp and Biblical Cosmic History

The Galaxy Zoo permits the public to participate in cataloging distant galaxies, most photographed by the Sloan Digital Sky Survey. The choices you are presented are not always the best choices, since you will be asked to organize galaxies according to astronomical theories. You might be presented with a choice like “Lens / Arc” or “Merger,” when the visible evidence suggests emerging galaxies.

A Dutch school teacher, Hanny van Arkel, noticed a strange cloud while cataloging galaxies in the Galaxy Zoo. Hanny, who is a young lady, alerted astronomers. They discovered that the cloud has a highly ionized, very hot emission spectra. According to astronomical theories, the cloud is too hot for stars to form. The cloud is called Hanny's Voorwerp (Dutch for object). The question is - if the cloud contains no stars, why is it glowing so brightly? The cloud is adjacent to spiral galaxy IC 2497. A VLBI radio map shows that IC 2497 has a radio jet pointing in the direction of Hanny's Voorwerp and that giant clouds of hydrogen lie on both sides of the Voorwerp. One astronomical explanation claims that IC 2497 contains an invisible black hole that rotates fast enough to eject a jet. The radio jet supposedly illuminates the cloud, like a flashlight. If the cloud is not glowing on its own, why doesn’t it show an absorption spectra? How could long wave radio make the cloud shine at visible frequencies? Similar strange clouds are visible in the Hubble Ultra Deep Field, such as galaxies #9040 and #8275.

We can see the past - back to the creation era. Long ago galaxies shone at tiny fractions of the light frequencies of modern atoms. The farthest galaxies are also dense, tiny and naked, without diffuse arms. In closer galaxies we see that clumps of matter shoot out, rotate out, spread out, accelerate out, as billions of galaxies grow into huge, dusty, local, growth spirals. What causes galaxies to intrinsically grow? Visibly, the atomic light frequencies and the inertial / volumetric properties of matter change together, change relationally.

How did Hanny’s Voorwerp form? It was ejected. Evidently the hot jet has now cooled to radio temperatures. Why is the cloud still hot and ionized if it does not contain giant stars? Matter intrinsically changes. It changes in most pronounced ways during a galactic ejection. The atoms in the ejection shine at different frequencies from the core of the galaxy. The Bible repeatedly states that God calls the stars to come out and spreads out the heavens like a tent to dwell in. Tents take up much more volume as they spread out. The book of Job mentions that He spreads out the heavens from dense things to diffuse clouds.

Someone might argue that galaxies cannot grow, the stars coming out, in only 6,000 years of biblical history. Biblical physics allows one to observe the universe optically, instead of adjust it to fit mathematical symbols. The Western notion of linear time is visibly false. Billions of galaxies, at many ranges, accelerate their atomic clocks throughout visible cosmic history. The fastest “normal temperature” atomic clocks are local. The star streams (orbits) also accelerate as galaxies continually grow. Evidently when the properties of matter keep changing, days and years here on Earth kept shortening - just like one would expect from a literal interpretation of Genesis 47:9. Every one of us remembers that life was much slower in our youth. Biblical physics is based on the Word of God which states that the whole creation is enslaved to change. Not a single perpetual motion atom or constant is visible in the long ago universe. Think about it.

Radiocarbon dating the pharaohs.

Investigators recently radiocarbon dated seeds, textiles, baskets etc. associated with some of the pharaohs. They used their data to calculate a chronology of the pharaohs. The researchers concluded that the Old Kingdom started in the 27th century before Christ. According to the biblical genealogies, this date is before the deluge. Skeptics often use the differences between the biblical genealogies and scientific chronologies as reasons for rejecting the Bible.

Modern people draw a history time-line using the same scale for ancient and current years. We should interpret biblical genealogies hermeneutically. Moses could not imagine linear time, since that idea did not ossify until three millennia after his death. All ancient people believed that the first generations lived for eons in the great time. Job, who lived in the age of dinosaurs, mentioned several geological markers for the length of life. He also mentioned that their faces doubled (shanah paniym) before they died. Indeed we find thick brows on ancient skeletons. The face is the only part of our skeleton that keeps growing as we age. Our brows only thicken microscopically today since none of us live for geological ages.

Jacob expressed the way ancient people thought about the degeneration of life. He said that his days and years were shorter and worse than the days and years of his fathers. Hesiod, who lived a thousand years later, wrote that children during the silver age played at their mother’s knee for a hundred years. Later, in the iron age, men never ceased laboring by day and dying by night. He thought this degeneration would continue until children were born with gray temples. The first kings after the flood on the Sumerian King List each reigned for tens of thousands of years. The last kings averaged only 15-year reigns. Perhaps they were compensating for the slowness of primordial years. Ancient people could not have plotted history with linear years.

Where did the notions about linear time come from? The European monks invented mechanical clocks about 800 years ago. The monks also adopted Aristotle’s idea that some underlying property of all things does not change. Modern clock-time depends on the assumption that matter is not changing itself. Indeed, most scientific measuring units are scaled from supposedly equal valued seconds. Mathematical empiricism depends on the assumption that atoms dither with perpetual motion.

Biblical physics frees one to consider the evidence against linear time. The Bible states that the creation is enslaved to change (phthora). We observe optically that atomic clocks run slower, the farther (the more ancient) the source. Even precision clocks sent out of the solar system on spacecraft do the same (the Pioneer Anomaly). Galactic history clearly shows that the properties of matter keep changing. The earliest galaxies were naked, without appendages of stars. At closer ranges, we see equally spaced globs coming out of the cores. The globs accelerated outward, the star streams not lapping, as billions of galaxies grew into huge growth spirals. Everything we imagine as clock-like is visibly accelerating - the atomic clocks concurrently with the galactic star streams.

Which chronology should we believe, the biblical or the scientific? All scientific Earth histories depend on the scientific first principle that matter (and orbits) are not gradually changing. Consequently scientific evidence concentrates on complex mathematics, difficult measuring and supposed constants that depend on the idea that the properties of matter are fixed. For example, radiocarbon dating presumes linear years and atoms that can only change by radioactive decay.

Biblical chronologies are supported by the visible evidence that atomic clocks and orbits keep accelerating throughout cosmic history. This acceleration is determined visually, by comparing photographic spectra and how the shapes of countless galaxies grows over the eons. Relational changes cannot be modeled mathematically because they affect everything. However, relational changes are visible. For example, ancient astronomers recorded a huge solar parallax. They also recorded approximately the same number of days in a year as we do. These are not incompatible because when the properties of matter emerge, everything changes even the duration of days and years (just like Jacob mentioned). yet the changes are visible. Even after telescopes, the solar optical parallax has continued to decrease. The canonical radar value, based on the notion that seconds are linear, remains unchanged.

What is visible as the history of the universe exactly corresponds to the creation account and the numerous Hebrew references to the spreading heavens. According to Genesis, God did not form the Sun, Moon and stars until half way through creation - although he finished the heavens on the first day. He placed the Sun, Moon and stars in the raqiya - the spreading place. He calls the stars to come out in unbroken continuity and He spreads out the heavens like a tent. Tents are folded into a small volume - but they take much more space when they are spread out. Look at the heavens and marvel at the wisdom of God who even reduces science to foolishness for His own glory.

Nearby Star L1448 IRS2E

Astronomers from several prestigious universities claim that they are witnessing the birth of a star in the nearby Perseus arm of the Milky Way. The Perseus giant molecular cloud is bright in infrared and submillimeter wavelengths but is not bright in visible wavelengths. Astronomers used Spitzer and the Submillimeter Array in Hawaii to image an object known as L1448-IRS2E. The object is only about one tenth as bright as the Sun. The astronomers reasoned that it has not yet ignited its nuclear fires because it has not gravitationally attracted enough gas to arrive at the protostar phase. Despite their claim that the object does not have an active core, astronomers admit that it is ejecting streams of high velocity gas.

Why do scientists cling to their mathematical theories when the visible evidence is contradictory? The scientific version of cosmic history denies what is visible - the visible history of how galaxies and stars formed. We can see the light that left long ago, all the way back to near the beginning of the universe. The earliest galaxies were tiny and naked. Their light clocked tiny ratios of the light frequencies of modern atoms. We follow throughout cosmic history how galaxies ejected long strings of star clusters that accelerated outward, spiraling outward as billions of galaxies grew into huge growth spirals. The atomic clocks accelerated concurrently with the accelerating star streams as the matter in billions of galaxies took up more volume.

Scientists must accept by faith that atoms are immutable - because they used this idea to contrive their definitions, measuring units and mathematical laws. For example, scientists use the idea that atomic clocks dither with perpetual motion to define most of their measuring units. Yet no ancient galaxy shines with the frequencies of modern atoms. To support their creed, scientists invent invisible matter, invisible black holes, invisible space-time, vacuums changing the frequency of light etc. Their universe, by their own admission, is 99% invisible. No pagan myth maker could weave such incredible myths - backed by unnatural, mathematical things - never seen in any lab or photographed in any part of the spectrum.

You are not required to believe in perpetual motion or invisible matter in biblical physics. Biblical physics is based on the biblical statement that the creation is in bondage to change (phthora). Paul used Greek together verbs to describe this universal degeneration in Romans 8:22. Things that change together, change as a relation. We confirm biblical physics - not with mathematics - but with the visible evidence of how matter keeps changing relationally, the atomic clocks, the inertial properties and the space matter takes keeps on visibly changing.

Why is L1448-IRS2E glowing in microwave and infrared, like ancient galaxies? Why is it ejecting high speed jets like ancient quasars? The Bible states that God calls the stars to continually come out, that He spreads out the heavens like a curtain. He even says He formed the Sun, Moon and stars and placed them in the raqiya, the spreading place. Everywhere in the universe we see a biblical cosmic history - exactly as described in the Bible. The Perseus giant molecular cloud is part of a long steam of similar clouds, a star stream, ejected from the core of our galaxy. In billions of galaxies we see that orbits accelerate outward as matter keeps on taking up more volume and the atomic clocks also accelerate. In a universe where matter keeps changing, you cannot invent an empirical system that can validly decode earth history. But you can see Biblical cosmic history with optics. New telescopes continue to show a biblical cosmic history. How great will be the fall of Western science before God’s powerful Word.

Emergent matter results in Deterioration

When scientists measure, manipulate a formula or use a mathematical constant, they focus on symbols, forcing nature into the conceptual box supplied by their first principle. However, most scientists are unaware of their historical assumption. They never test it in ways that could potentially falsify it. They hold it self-evidently - as they “do science.”

I claim that the Bible predicted the idea upon which science was built and denies it. I argue that the visible properties of matter change (phthora), change relationally (two Greek together-verbs used in Romans 8:22). Relational changes cannot be measured with operationally defined symbols like t, G, E and m. I often use the expression “the properties of matter are emergent.” Emergent means to come into existence or come into view. The antonym of emergent is to decline or fade away. Emergent is the cause and degeneration is the effect.

Cosmic history is the only history that is visible as it happened. This is because (1) the universe is vast beyond measure and the (2) distance between galaxy clusters is so great that we see through the gaps - back to the wallpaper of primordial galaxies in the dim distance. The vacuum of space is also (3) transparent to light, which has a (4) finite speed, so we see back to the creation era. What we see is that the properties of matter emerge - come into view - throughout cosmic history. What is visible is Biblical. When God created matter, at first it had no shape, no form (tohu wa bohu), no extension. Then Elohim intensely fluttered over the face (paniym) of the transitory thing (mayim) and continually commanded light (owr) to continue to be. It was then that matter began to have extension. Indeed, we find that atoms are filled with light that continually dithers around within, giving them their ability to take up space. God described the mysterious paths of light in its house in Job 38. The relation of physical things with light is emphasized by the Apostle Paul who stated that everything that is visible IS LIGHT (phos estin - Ephesians 5:13). Since we see light from many ranges (eras), we see that atoms have continued to change relationally. Atoms are not perpetual motion engines. The light clocks keep on accelerating throughout the history of the universe.

We confirm that the properties of matter are emerging in the history of galaxies. The most-distant galaxies are naked - without appendages of stars. We often see these naked globs in equally spaced chains, the beginning stages of galaxy clusters. At closer ranges, we see reddish galaxies surrounded by chains of equally spaced blueish globs. Clearly galaxies grew from the insides outwards. Even in the local universe, we see bright, naked cores (quasars) as they eject streams of matter in jets, the beginning stage of local galaxies. We see that galaxies are emergent that they continually spread out. Isaiah states that God calls the host of stars to continually come out; He spreads out the heavens in unbroken continuity like a tent. Elohim placed the Sun, Moon and stars in the spreading place, the raqiya, on the fourth day. This was after He created the heavens on the first day. The atomic clocks in countless galaxies keep on accelerating as the properties of matter keep changing as galaxies take up more volume and grow from the insides outwards.

How is this degeneration? In spiral galaxies, the star streams visibly accelerate. The streams of star globs do not close as they circle around the core. They open up, spread out, take up more volume as billions of galaxies continue to grow from the insides outwards. Matter MUST change its inertial properties for it to accelerate itself. As the properties of matter emerge, we can see that orbits speed up.

Did this universal effect change our planet? Three times the Bible states that the Earth spreads out in unbroken continuity. Indeed, the continents fit together on a tiny globe without major seas. Is gravity a constant? Gravity is a ratio, a ratio predicated on the assumption that the properties of matter are fixed, not emerging. Did the universal changes in atoms deteriorate things here on Earth? How could only a few thousand workmen build huge pyramids without cranes? How could massive dinosaurs run, as evidenced by their tracks? The greatest dinosaurs would be too heavy to stand on their porous bones today. It is not gravity that changes. It is everything that is changing together - relationally - because matter is itself changing. According to the accounts of the ancients, the earliest people lived for eons. Why didn’t they wear out their joints if they lived for geological ages? When matter changes relationally, everything, the orbits, the rotations, the dimensions, the atomic clocks the heaviness of matter - everything changes together. Ancient orbits and rotations were vastly longer than modern ones and have continued to degenerate throughout history. Old man Israel stated this clearly: that days and years are shorter for the children - than for the parents (Genesis 47:9). This is not some mysterious property of “time” or “gravity” as though time or gravity had some private existence. The evidence is simple and visible. We can see with our eyes how the orbits accelerate as billions of galaxies grew. The same must have happened here in our own galaxy and in our solar system.

As the properties of matter emerge, everything degenerates. Ancient people lived for geological ages, as we see in the thick brows of the old ones - but not in the skulls of the young ones. However, all of us today die before our brows could thicken enough to be noticeable. The earth is eons old - just as the Bible states. Yet only about 6,000 years have passed because every orbit and clock keeps on accelerating as the properties of matter keep on changing throughout cosmic history. The evidence is not mathematical. It is attested by the records and genealogies of the ancients and visibly verified by the way galaxies grew into huge growth spirals.

The Olam God, the God of the Ages, will vanquish the system of reasoning that was built on the very assumption that He predicted for the last day mockers (scientists). Why? For His glory! So that you cannot come to Him in pride. You cannot find him with science. Yet the simple evidence for His wisdom and might is visible everywhere in creation. He graciously accepts all who come to Him as sinners, not relying on their knowledge or works, but on Jesus, the only sacrifice that can pay for our sins. How great will be the fall of western science before the power of God’s Word.

Martian History Supports Biblical Physics

Photographs of Mars show dry branching rivers that formerly emptied into a northern ocean. Evidently rain was once common and about a third of Mars was once underwater. Spirit found iron–magnesium carbonate rock outcrops on the hills inside Gusev crater. Carbonate rocks can only form in non acidic water. Less than a hundred meters away outcrops of underlying olivine rocks likely formed when Gusev was filled with acidic water. Spirit also found deposits of 90% pure silica, doubtless formed in the gushing waters of a thermal spring. Martian water is today either underground or covered by dust and frozen CO2 at the poles. The Hellas crater is 1300 kilometers wide and about 8 kilometers deep. It apparently was once an inland sea, like the Mediterranean. The sedimentary rocks in the east were transported by rivers from the highlands. In the west, Hellas shows the layers from receding levels as the sea slowly dried up.

Biblical physics can provide simple answers to Earth, Martian and cosmic history. Biblical physics is non mathematical and so simple a child can understand it. Biblical physics is based on the biblical statement that the whole creation is in bondage to phthora - change. We confirm biblical physics with sight. Telescopes gather and record the light from the dim beginnings of the universe. Not a single one of the hundreds of billions of ancient galaxies, throughout the history of the universe, shines with the light of perpetual motion atoms. Yet scientists use their assumption about perpetually unchanging atoms to contrive most of their measuring units and mathematical constants. The most powerful evidence for biblical physics is how the galaxies grew from tiny naked globs to great spread out growth spirals as the properties of matter kept on changing throughout cosmic history. The star streams accelerated outward concurrently with the accelerating atomic frequencies as atoms took up more volume. What is visible is relational change, where the properties of atoms keep on changing together, in parallel.

What we see in the distance is what our ancestors noticed here on earth. They remembered that the earliest generations lived in the great time, when days and years were slower than for later generations. They mentioned close planet passages and the shattering of a nearby planet. The Bible mentions all of these phenomena. Evidently solar system orbits spiraled outward, just as we see in galactic star streams, as the properties of matter continued to change relationally. Even geological history has simple biblical explanations. Three times the Hebrew text states that the earth spreads out in unbroken continuity. It even tells us that this continuous spreading happens above the waters. A great global expansion seam runs through every ocean. The seam forms new volcanic sea floor year after year. The continents only fit together on a tiny planet without major oceans. Subduction is denied by the layered undisturbed sediments in the ocean trenches.

Job mentioned that, during the age of dinosaurs, people lived for geological ages as their faces doubled. Indeed, the skulls of the old ones had huge brows - as though they lived for geological ages. The bones of the face are the only part of our bodies that keeps growing as we age. We confirm that they lived for geological ages since the child skulls did not have the thick brows.

Biblical physics is confirmed by the visible history of the universe. Biblical physics even has answers to why Mars changed radically. The Sun, the planets and their orbits keep on changing because matter itself is changing. Why has the Earth remained habitable since visibly - no physical constants exist? Only one sweet spot can exist in a changing solar system. God formed this planet for habitation and continues to preserve life on our oasis as matter keeps on visibly changing throughout cosmic history.
